Royalty Free License (hereinafter referred to as RF License)
You should to accept RF License for using Royalty Free images from site www.secure-press.com (hereinafter Images) before starting of use Images. Opening or using Images you agree with all conditions of this RF License. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of your employer or other entity, you warrant and represent that you have the full right and authority to do so. In the event that you do not have such authority, you agree that you will be personally liable to www.secure-press.com for any breaches of the terms of this agreement.
Site www.secure-press.com gives the permission for opening or using Images for defined payment. This RF License describes all legal methods of using Images. All action not described in this RF License is forbidden act. If you not agree with this RF License or don’t understand conditions of this RF License you must not open and not use Images.
Images put to customer’s disposal without any direct or indirect guaranties from www.secure-press.com that they do for decision of concrete purposes on concrete computer configuration. We not guarantee that Images meet the case of customer for such images; or contain functions that customer maybe want to have in it; or functioning of Images on concrete computer will be irreproachable.
Customer after pay have right to keep not more than 4 copies of Image or file with Image on data device only in limits of local net his company (for companies) or in home (for individuals). All customer’s equipment granted access to Images must be placed in same place and work in one building.
Customer pay for every Image and than can use this Image only for his own projects (on letterhead and business cards, pamphlets, brochures, catalogs and on pop up and/or panel displays for use in conventions and trade shows; in the artwork for the packaging of any product provided; as CD or DVD cover art and/or artwork, provided that the manufacturing or print run of such CDs or DVDs). However, no Image may be reproduced on paper, plastic or any other medium used more than 100,000 copies.
If you want to print more 100,000 copies you need to use Extended license. Customer can have several digital copies of each Image (for example with different types of colors) but not more then 4. On web sites, provided that no Image is displayed at a resolution greater than 640 x 480 pixels.
Any sales of Royalty Free Images and parts of Images by customer are prohibited. Customer can resale Images Creation of derivative products (posters, t-shirts, etc.) intended for resale only with written permit (Extended license) of www.secure-press.com administration.
Any transfer of Image (upload to local net, internet) and transfer from any method to third persons is prohibited.
Prohibited to upload or spread any part of Image in local nets, Internet.
Copyright for Images belong rightfully to artists. All Images from site www.secure-press.com defended by International law of Copyright and points of International Contracts. Images and program products (CD collections) need to understand as any material under action of International law of Copyright.
You may not use Images in a manner that competes with www.secure-press.com ‘s business. This includes, by way of illustration only and not by way of limitation, displaying Images in any format (including thumbnails) for download on a website, offering Images for sale, or including Images in templates of any nature, including templates for websites, social networking websites (e.g., MySpace.com, Facebook, etc.) documents, projects or otherwise for distribution and/or sale to third parties.
If you wish to use an Image or Images in connection with the production of any items prohibited by this RF License, you may purchase an Enhanced License, which provides a broader grant of rights.
In no circumstances granted to use Images in purpose:
- In use Images you must not breach any lows of your country and any international lows. In use Images you must not falsify money, capital issues, certificates, labels and another documents. There is the criminal responsibility for making and sale of false money, capital issues, other documents.
- As trademark or logotype or as part of trademark or logotype;
- For any type of violence, pornography, slander or defamation, for discredit to smb.;
- With infringement of human rights, the property rights and publicity, morally-ethical and moral norms;
- In connection with unsolicited email - or linked from unsolicited email/
www.secure-press.com administration don’t respond for any losses or inconvenience or any pretension of third persons application-dependent with using Images. We don’t respond for any special, posterior or indirect loss.
In case of breach by customer the conditions of this RF License the action of RF License may be stopped by decision of www.secure-press.com administration. In this case this customer let the Advice note and after this using of Images by this Customer (include customer company’s employees, clients and customers) is illegally.
Losed Images are not restored. www.secure-press.com administration shall be under no obligation to refund your prepayment fee under any circumstances. However, in the event www.secure-press.com administration that determines that you are entitled to a refund of all or part of your prepayment fee, such refund shall only be made to the credit card account originally used by you to purchase.
Agreements arising during action disputes are resolved by the parties by negotiations. In case of unattainability of the RF License t as a result of negotiations of the party has the right to ask in the order established by the law of dispute in arbitration court of the Russian Federation in Moscow.
